Using this site
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
You may look at the site, and print or download extracts, for your own use in connection with buying, selling, letting or renting property. You may not use it to scrape our listings, to send unsolicited marketing, or in any way that interferes with it working for other people.

Property information
Property particulars are prepared from information supplied by the seller or landlord. They are set out as a general guide and do not form part of any offer or contract.
Nothing in a listing should be taken as a statement that any service, appliance, fitting or installation has been tested or is fit for purpose. Measurements are approximate, and photographs show only parts of a property at the time they were taken.
No person in our employment has authority to make or give any representation or warranty about a property. Prospective buyers and tenants must satisfy themselves by inspection, survey and their own enquiries.
Availability and price change. We remove or update listings as soon as we are told, but you should confirm current details with us before acting on them.

Overseas property
Property outside the United Kingdom is subject to the law, taxes, ownership rules and purchase process of the country it is in, which differ from those at home.
Where we introduce you to an overseas developer or agent, we tell you so, and the contract for the property itself is between you and them. Take independent legal and tax advice in the relevant country before you commit to anything.

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, financial or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer or inducement to invest.
Where we mention mortgages, we introduce you to independent, FCA authorised professionals. We do not advise on or arrange mortgage contracts ourselves. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
